Okay it's been a long time since i woke up this early in Singapore... LOL.. it was only 8.30am and i got to wake up!! on my holiday..!! (actually i planned to be up at 8 am but i just can't.. Ha ha)

I got to reach outram mrt station at 9.55am to meet xy and R... then we made our usual path to the ncc..(national cancer center). then everything is the same... vistor pass, lab coats , gloves, etc. then J came to tell us what to do.. i am suppose to be using the bradford protein assay, xy BCA and R was doing on our very own... gold nano-particles protein assay... we are trying to create an assay...!

okay.. side track!!! what is a protein assay?? okay, in simple plain English, it is just something we use to find out the concentration of protein in a substance.. i think ( better add it there in case i'm wrong.. ^^)

yup.. so we did all those, got the absorption values and plotted the graph. it is suppose to be our last meeting there and then we are off to do the poster ourselves.. but somehow, J told us that it will take a long time to redo those values of the linear part of the graph thing that he wanted us to do... and he said we should come back another time.. so we decided Thursday...

i thought i was free on Wednesday and Friday.. so i fixed with seb and friends to watch ERAGON then.. but later they said we need to do the draft template for our poster before our Thursday meeting.. xy and R wanted Wednesday.. but i insisted.. NO.. in the end, we settled for today, but things didn't go so smoothly..

we were halfway to R's home when xy realized that she got to be with her parents for their anniversary.. okay... so they both were waiting for me to say yes on wednesday.. waiting for a long time! at first i insisted on my stand, NO... but eventually i took up my phone to call seb and ken... yes so i have to call it off T_T.. it's not like i want to... sorry guys..!

Of course it is a wasted trip!!!!!!! i have to take a bus back to Jurong East then take the MRT home.. yup.. Naturally i have a foul mood since i got to call off everything.. but all is fine.. i guess.. ya so basically that's what happened today.. LOL..

going off to watch some prison break now! ^^ see ya....
